Three (3) hour workshop, online or in-person

Designed for teams of up to 12 people

This interactive experience will:

  • Explore psychosocial hazards and how they show up in the workplace

  • Provide an open forum to discuss work-related stressors

  • Gather insight about your team’s day-to-day experiences

  • Share education, tools and tips to reduce stress and enhance individual wellbeing

After the workshop you’ll receive a high-level summary of feedback to help identify psychosocial risks and protective measures to reduce psychological harm.

Three (3) hour workshop, online or in-person

This workshop gives leaders a practical, introduction to workplace stressors that affect wellbeing and how leadership practices can prevent or minimise psychological harm.

You’ll learn about:

  • How to dentify and assess psychosocial hazards

  • The role that intentional leadership practices can play in preventing harm

  • Nervous system influence on how you lead

  • Simple regulation techniques for real-time stress

  • Leadership presence and how it supports psychological safety

  • Managing challenging situations through all stages of the employee or volunteer experience

Centering around self-awareness, the workshop is interactive, inclusive and grounded in real workplace examples that are applicable immediately.
