Rise Up is a full day, experiential workshop that centres around the body, mind and heart to expand self awareness and self leadership.

Uncover insights into workplace stressors impacting wellbeing and learn how your leadership can proactively safeguard against harm.

The workshop incorporates somatic tools and practical guidance to help you embody true leadership and skilfully respond to new or challenging situations in the workplace.

Full day workshop available in-person, with Zoom options available.

Sustain

A tailored six month coaching program for leaders who are seeking one-to-one guidance to elevate their leadership and personal wellbeing.

Sustain sessions provide practical guidance and resources that expand personal capacity to deal with challenges. This includes increasing self-awareness through the body to unlock the patterns that impact the ability to be well and lead well.

Sustain is an all-inclusive offering which is customised for individual needs as a fully virtual offering or a blend of in-person and virtual elements.

Includes:

  • Sustain discovery session: to set your leadership and wellbeing growth goals

  • Monthly guidance sessions: that support you to take meaningful action

  • Email and phone support: a sounding board if you get stuck (up to 2hrs/month)

  • Guided wellbeing practices: personalised, accessible and trauma-informed

You’ll be supported to:

  • Access empowering techniques to connect you back into your body

  • Progress your growth goals with an actionable plan

  • Tap in to the things that sustain you, not drain you

  • Respond to new leadership obstacles with confidence

  • Feel present, capable and adaptable

When I started Sustain, I wasn’t aware how hard it was for me to say no or ask for what I need. Tapping into body feedback showed me what I was struggling with and what came easily. Grow

Workplace Wellbeing Program

The "Grow" program helps small to medium-sized organisations achieve better outcomes through an integrated approach to workplace wellbeing.

Choose from one, two or all three options which are available both in-person or online.

CULTIVATE Workshop: For team members (staff and/or volunteers)

This half-day workshop is designed to cultivate conversation and gather input from team members to help optimise workplace wellbeing. It will:

  • Seek feedback on team members’ experiences with physical and psychosocial hazards in the workplace.

  • Provide a space for team members to openly talk about any work-related issues that are affecting their wellbeing.

  • Share tools and tips to reduce stress and enhance individual wellbeing.

After the workshop you’ll receive a high-level summary of feedback to guide the organisation’s wellbeing action planning and management of psychosocial hazards.

Participants: 4 to 20

NAVIGATE Workshop: For Executive/leadership teams

This half-day workshop helps leaders navigate and develop a plan to improve wellbeing at work to keep people safe from physical and psychological harm.

You'll leave with a clear direction and realistic action plan to help you get started, identify priorities and engage your team to build a culture of wellbeing.

NAVIGATE is most effective when run in combination with the CULTIVATE Workshop to integrate team member feedback into the planning process.

Also available as a stand-alone workshop if required.
