Work can be demanding and people are complex.
At Hart2heart Wellbeing, I help people and organisations create the conditions for people to be safe, feel safe, stay connected and better able to thrive — at work and in life.
My approach brings together workplace wellbeing, psychosocial safety, embodied leadership and practical tools to help you understand what’s really going on, make sense of what’s needed and turn good intentions into meaningful action.
Whether you’re a leader spinning many plates, a team needing to strengthen connection and wellbeing, or an organisation looking for practical guidance on psychosocial safety, I offer thoughtful, tailored support that meets you where you are.
“I cannot thank Leanne enough for the amazing support , guidance, and skills she instilled in me through our sessions. Leanne provided guidance in a time when our company was experiencing significant change , and the impacts were being seen across the team. The sessions i completed with Leanne helped to understand where my strengths lied, what further tools or resources would help me, and how to implement these strategies in a variety of situations. I feel i have grown as an individual and a leader in my role thanks to the sessions and time i have spent with Leanne.”
Working together
A different way of thinking about wellbeing
Wellbeing isn't a tick-box exercise.
It’s shaped by how we work, how we relate to each other, how we respond under pressure and whether people feel safe to speak up, contribute and be themselves.
That’s why my work looks beyond quick fixes. We explore the individual, relational and organisational factors that influence how people experience work — and focus on practical changes that can make a real difference.
Less jargon. More meaningful conversations. Practical action. Human connection.
Whether you have a specific challenge to work through or simply know that something needs to change, let's start with a conversation.
“We were delighted to find Leanne, who helped us navigate the forming, storming, norming and now performing phases of our leadership journey together as a team. She has been an incredible sounding board and provided useful tools. Perhaps most importantly Leanne created a reflective, calm and productive space for us to lean into once every 6 weeks ensuring that no things were left unsaid, and that we could work through challenging scenarios together.

About Me
Hi, I’m Leanne — founder of Hart2heart Wellbeing.
I bring wellbeing, leadership and psychosocial safety together in purpose-driven organisations so they can do meaningful work without compromising their health.
After more than two decades in People and Culture roles guiding leaders around the world, I came to a difficult realisation when two friends experienced psychological injuries from work: organisations are not doing nearly enough to address the deeper causes of stress, burnout, disconnection and psychological harm.
That turning point led me to take a look at all the things that could impact a person’s experience and wellbeing at work - the good, the bad and the ugly - so I could make sure no-one else would suffer like my two friends did.
So now, as a trauma-informed facilitator, I bring a practical, human and heart-centred approach to helping people, teams and organisations to improve workplace wellbeing and reduce psychological harm.
My bio:
My approach is grounded in experience from working locally and globally with corporate, privately-owned, social purpose and local government organisations where I’ve specialised in people and culture, senior management, leadership development, training, health, safety and wellbeing program design. It’s taken me to over 25 countries and environments from boardrooms to factory floors.
My practical experience is complemented by qualifications including a Master of Management, certification of Embodiment Coaching, a Cert IV in Fitness, a Diploma in Exercise Science & Fitness Management and teacher certification in Hatha, Trauma-informed and Community yoga.
I’ve also served as a Board Chair of a not-for-profit organisation providing proactive PTSD education for the partners and families of frontline responders.
A healthy life balance underpins everything I do and when I’m not guiding my wonderful clients, you might find me recharging on a run or hike, reconnecting with nature, losing myself in good live music, planning an adventure or restoring on my much-loved yoga mat.
